From Digital Overwhelm To Practical Support: Designing RADPSL
When planning a funeral without clear support, the grieving face confusion and stress. Over a 10-month solo capstone, I designed a fictional voice-based support line that offers practical guidance and emotional reassurance. The final experience showed how service design can bring clarity and comfort to one of life’s most difficult times.

Designing For Visibility And Trust
Products aren’t utilized if people don’t know about them or feel they can trust them. I designed a landing page to help people discover a new service, trust it, and want to take action. The result was a high-fidelity MVP that helped users quickly understand the service and feel confident enough to use it.
